The work that the interns presented as a part of their final projects led to the discovery of a number of creative and exciting ways that we could approach the organization. Consider the example of Abdul Coakley, a student at Hampton University who is about to enter his junior year and who only recently joined our team. While working at the Department of Economic Development throughout the summer, he devoted his time to assisting with various marketing and branding initiatives.

A recent post that Abdul made on LinkedIn mention that he felt like he was a part of the team right immediately and that he was supply with all of the resources that he need in order to be successful. In addition, the post stated that he was provided with everything that he needed to be successful.
Our Finance Department
I came in as an intern and departed as a member of a vast family, which speaks to the culture at Advance! he added. That says a lot about the company. I started out as an intern and ended up as a member of a very large family.
